Speaking about self-love

When I talk about self-love, I'm talking about how we come to know, respect and appreciate ourselves. That relationship shapes the choices we make and the way we meet the people in our lives.

Get in touch

I speak from what I've lived and learned, and from the things I'm still discovering about myself.

What I speak about

Getting to know ourselves

Some of us know what everyone around us prefers, but hesitate when someone asks what we want. Beginning to listen to ourselves can reveal interests, wishes and parts of our lives we've been putting aside.

Meeting ourselves with less judgment

I still catch myself judging myself. When I notice it, I try to understand why I've responded that way and what I can work on. That has given me more room to understand other people, too.

Our choices and the people we love

We can take our feelings seriously while caring about the people in our lives. There is room to understand our differences, consider what we're afraid of and find where we can compromise.

Would you like me to speak with your group?

Tell me a little about the people you're bringing together and the occasion you have in mind. We can talk about what you hope to explore and whether my work fits.
